Golden Eagle Stolen

A golden Eagle worth  $15,000 has been stolen from an aviary on 1st north east of Acton in the town of Erin and WCOPP are asking for the publics help in locating the raptor

Sometime between January 27 and January 28, 2018, unknown suspects entered the facility and stole a Golden Eagle

The Eagle, known as Riff-Raff, is brown with white flecks and approximately 3 years old, 76 cm (2-1/2") tall and 6 kg (13lbs). While the eagle is a show & demonstration bird it is not a pet and should not be approached.

It is believed the thief would have extensive knowledge and training to handle a bird this size. There are no indications that this was an act of protest.
