On August 9, 2018, at approximately 10:04 p.m., Guelph Police received a call in regard to a suspicious vehicle on Fife Road.  It was learned that the vehicle was stolen and a male was inside of the vehicle.

Police attended to the area and observed the male running north on Fife Road by the railway tracks.  Police quickly set up a perimeter and K9 Charger was deployed.  The K9 track led to the apprehension of the male suspect.

As a result, Justin ROACH, a 33-year-old Guelph male, was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, Possession of Identification Documents, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000, and Possession of Break and Enter Tools.  ROACH is scheduled to appear in court on September 28, 2018.
