WELLINGTON COUNTY – Wellington County OPP is offering free fraud presentations to local community groups as part of our ongoing fraud response strategy.

This initiative reflects our commitment to taking a proactive stance against fraud by equipping community members and local businesses with the knowledge they need to stay safe. Presentations focus on common scams, emerging fraud trends, and practical protection strategies.

Presentations can be hosted at a location of the requestors choosing or at any of our three Wellington County OPP Detachments: Rockwood, Fergus or Teviotdale.

Any local community group, business or organization can schedule a fraud prevention presentation with the Wellington OPP by contacting Carly McKeown at the Fergus OPP Detachment:
