MEDIA RELEASE WELLINGTON COUNTY OPP
TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On November 4, 2020 at approximately 5:00 p.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a missing person, who was last observed in the area of Wellington Road 124 and Trafalgar Road in the Town of Erin.
The 85-year-old resident of Fergus, was last heard from yesterday afternoon when he contacted a relative stating that he became lost.
On November 5, 2020 shortly before 3:00pm, the missing person returned home safely on his own.
Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.
