A 36-year-old Guelph male was transported to a Hamilton hospital after falling from the fourth floor of a downtown apartment building early Saturday morning.
The Guelph Police Service was called to Macdonell Street near Wyndham Street North about 1:28 a.m. where they found a male suffering from severe leg injuries. Police believe the male was trying to climb down from the fourth floor when he lost his footing and fell to the sidewalk below.
He was transported by ambulance to Guelph General Hospital then to a Hamilton hospital for further treatment.
