Options for eLearning courses within the Upper Grand District School Board in the 2022-23 school year, will be expanded.
Heather Loney, Communications Manager with the board, says the eLearning will provide online courses to secondary students, offering flexibility for students as they work toward their diploma.
She says the board will expand its course offerings to 62 eLearning courses in the upcoming school year.
That is more than three times the amount of options currently available to secondary students.
Loney says these new eLearning courses can toward the two online learning credits required by the province for students to graduate.
Students who are interested in online courses for 2022-2023 school year should contact the Guidance Department in their home school.
