A traffic stop in Fergus has led to a charge against a Guelph company.
Wellington County OPP say around 3:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon, an officer stopped a commercial vehicle on St. Andrew Street West.
The driver, a 38-year-old from Guelph, was charged with Driving a Commercial Vehicle with an Improper Licence and Failing to Wear a Seatbelt.
The two passengers, a 25-year-old from Guelph and 32-year-old from Kitchener, were also charged with Failing to Wear Seat Belts.
As a result of further investigation, the business, a moving company out of Guelph, has been charged with Permit Person with Improper Licence to Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle.
