The Fergus Fall Fair has crowned its new ambassador.
Emily Lennox was given the title on Sunday following the competition night that included a dinner, speeches, and other activities.
Lennox says she is excited to take on the role.
This is the first ambassador since the crowning of Dillon Bernier in 2019.
Bernier stayed on in the role until this year due COVID-19 related cancellations and changes.
Lennox says in addition to her ambassador duties, she will also be competing in one of the livestock shows.
The fair runs September 16 – 18, with a Welcome Back concert tomorrow.
Gates will open at 6:30 p.m. with the concert taking place at the fairgrounds.
