A 92-year-old Guelph woman has been charged in a collision that left a CTV News reporter with serious injuries.
Wellington County OPP have laid charges in relation to a serious collision on March 1, that saw a pedestrian struck.
CTV News reported it was one of their reporters who was on the scene covering a previous collision on Wellington Road 46 and Maltby road, when they were struck by a vehicle.
Police say the roadway was closed at the time, due to the previous collision.
The 30-year-old was rushed to a trauma centre with serious injuries.
CTV News reports she continues to recover.
The 92-year-old has been charged with Careless Driving causing Bodily Harm.
