Two Mount Forest fires are being investigated after being deemed suspicious.
Yesterday morning at 3:00 a.m., Wellington County OPP responded to two fires in Mount Forest. The first was a structure fire at a business on Sligo Road West and the second was a shed and vehicle fire on Cork Street. No injuries were reported, and initial estimates put the combined loss at over one million dollars.
Investigators are considering the fires suspicious and are continuing to investigate. The Office of the Fire Marshal was notified.
