ROCKWOOD – The developer of a Rockwood vacant land condominium will be seeking a two-year extension of draft approval at a Monday Guelph/Eramosa meeting.
The Draft Plan was first approved by the County of Wellington in January of 2017. It was set to expire on February 1st, 2022 and an additional two year extension was granted until November of 2023.
According to a report, the reason for the extension is to allow additional time for the applicant to fulfill conditions such as the development agreement.
The applicant is requesting an additional extension of two years to the final approval date.
Seven single detached residential lots are part of the development and will be accessed by a road intersecting with Dowler and Bridge Street.
