ARTHUR – A property at 210 Gordon Street in Arthur could soon be seeing a development from developer GSP Group.
The 60-plus unit proposal includes 51 single detached dwellings, 12 townhouse units, and accessory uses.
Solar panels, a storm water management pond and other features will be included in the development, pending a bylaw amendment that could follow a public meeting Monday.
Following the public meeting, planning staff will consider any comments that are received and will prepare a final report and by-law for council consideration.
The public meeting will follow a closed session at the Wellington North council session this afternoon.
It will begin at 2:00 p.m.
