NEWS RELEASE WELLINGTON COUNTY OPP
(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On November 24, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision involving a farm tractor hauling a manure trailer on Jones Baseline, near Wellington Road 22. Initial reports indicated that the vehicle had rolled, and that manure and diesel fuel had spilled. No injuries were reported.
Emergency services responded and the Ministry of the Environment was notified. The road remained closed during the cleanup. The cause of the collision is being investigated.
