GUELPH -A Guelph man faces child pornography charges after a search warrant was executed Tuesday morning in Guelph.
In an news release, Guelph Police say the Internet Child Exploitation Unit along with members of the Technological Crimes Unit executed a warrant at a house located near Speedvale Avenue East and Delhi Street.
During the search devices were previewed and evidence was found.
Police say a 30-year-old Guelph male was arrested and charged with possessing child pornography, making child pornography available and accessing child pornography.
The male will appear in court on January 9.
