CENTRE WELLINGTON – It’s a holiday hockey weekend in Fergus and Elora!
Have a bear to spare? You can head to the Centre Wellington Sportsplex for the Fergus Whaler toy drive and teddy bear toss game on Sunday afternoon.
After the first Whaler goal of the contest, fans are invited to throw their teddy bears onto the ice.

All proceeds will go towards local initiatives in the Centre Wellington area.
The Whalers will be taking on the Mount Forest Patriots in a 3 PM matinee.
Meanwhile the Elora Rocks are in action this evening, facing the Dunnville Aeros.
