ARTHUR – Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Arthur branch will be closing early on Wednesday, December 27th.
The County of Wellington took to social media to apologize for any inconvenience and fill residents in on when the library branch will re-open.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Wellington County Arthur Library Branch will close at 5:00 pm today. We apologize for any inconvenience. The branch will reopen tomorrow at 10:00 am.
