NEWS RELEASE TOWN OF ERIN
ERIN – The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) will be completing some repairs on the Town of Erin’s municipal water system Wednesday, Jan. 3 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and residents may experience periods of no water during the work period.
There will be a temporary water supply disruption at the following locations only:
• Main Street between Ross and Pine streets
• Ross Street
• Lorne Street
• Pine Street
• May Street
• Daniel Street between Pine and Lorne streets
• Stanley Park
The OCWA recommends residents impacted by the repairs to flush their taps for several minutes once the work is completed.
The OCWA is an arm’s-length agency what works with municipalities and First Nation communities in Ontario to ensure the drinking water supply is safe and its infrastructure maintained.
Residents can contact the OCWA at 519-939-8529 with any questions regarding the work.
