WELLINGTON COUNTY – Chris White, Mayor of Guelph-Eramosa Township and councillor in Wellington County will continue in his role as Chair of the Grand River Conservation Authority for another term.
White, who was acclaimed by the GRCA Board of Directors at the General Membership meeting on Friday, January 26, 2024, says he looks forward to continuing to provide leadership in the role.
He added it’s been an interesting time for these organizations. He says conservation authorities in Ontario have experienced unprecedented change over the past few years due to amendments to the Conservation Authorities Act and other provincial regulations.
Sue Foxton and Kevin Davis will provide support as vice chairs.
