ERIN – The Town of Erin took to X this afternoon to advise residents to stay off the Hillsburgh pond and other nearby bodies of water dues to unsafe ice conditions.
They remind the public the Red Cross recommends ice be at least 15 centimetres or six inches thick for an individual, or 20 centimetres or eight inches for a group.
