CENTRE WELLINGTON – MHBC Planning’s Pierre Chauvin will be before council at a meeting on Monday in Centre Wellington as a delegate.
Council will be presented with a fresh design for a previously discussed proposed development at 223 St. Andrew Street East in Fergus that will be up for approval at the meeting.
The proposal includes 17 residential units and two commercial units to form what MHBC Planning calls a “purpose built rental providing attainable housing.”
Changes to the design include new sandy coloured stone to match surrounding buildings, larger ground floor windows and more.
Other changes include accentuation of the corners of the building due to texture change and different panel cladding on the fifth storey of the building.
The meeting will begin in Centre Wellington at 2 p.m.
