MINTO – Minto Council has endorsed the 2024-2028 Strategic Plan.
In the summer of 2023, the Town of Minto issued a Request for Proposal for the procurement of a consulting firm for the development of a Corporate Strategic Plan, a Parks Recreation Master Plan, an Economic & Community Development Master Plan, and a Cultural Master Plan.
In a news release, the township says the Strategic Plan is necessary to help Council work with the management team to identify important town issues and opportunities; establish a common focus, outline priorities, and build an Action plan with ongoing tracking to communicate accomplishments to the community.
The township says, the Economic & Community Development Plan, Cultural Plan and Recreation Plan will also be updated in 2024.
