FERGUS – The Fergus Whalers played in their first ever playoff game Tuesday night and came out on top.
The Whalers took on the Walkerton Capitals at the Centre Wellington Sportsplex in Game 1 of the PJHL Quarter Final Series.
Fergus got the win over Walkerton 3-2.
Game 2 goes Friday night in Walkerton, Game 3 is back in Fergus on Sunday at 3pm.
