FERGUS – The Fergus Scottish Festival has been awarded as a Top 100 Festival in Ontario.
The award was presented at the Festival and Events Conference in Niagara Falls which was held February 26th-28th.
In a post to social media on Thursday, the festival had announced it received the award.
Festival President Matthew Bennett-Monty, Executive Director Elizabeth Bender, and board member Deb Dalziel accept the award!
In an email to The Grand at 101, Executive Director of the Festival Elizabeth Bender said “The Festival is so proud to receive the Top 100 Festivals in Ontario award. Being recognized in the industry, by our peers, and patrons is truly special.”
This year the Fergus Scottish Festival is set for August 9-11.
