ELMIRA – Waterloo Regional Police are looking for assistance in identifying a man acting “suspiciously” in Elmira.
They say on March 12th, 2024, at approximately 2 p.m., two female youths reported being approached by an unknown male while walking on Barnswallow Drive.
The male was described as white, approximately 5’10”, 60 to 70 years, with brown eyes and an average build.
Police say he was male was wearing light coloured clothing, a dark baseball cap, and walked with a limp.
There were no physical injuries reported as a result of the incident.
Police continue to investigate.
They ask anyone with information to contact Waterloo Regional Police.
