GUELPH – A Guelph high school was briefly placed in hold and secure status Thursday morning following a weapons complaint later determined to be unfounded.
At around 11:38 am, Guelph Police were notified of a male possibly armed with a firearm in the parking lot of College Heights Secondary School on College Avenue West.
Police say the school entered the hold and secure while several Guelph Police Service officers attended.
