WELLINGTON NORTH – Wellington North Fire Services will be completing training on fire hydrants this evening (Tuesday May 14th) in Arthur.
In a notice, the Wellington North Township says residents may experience discoloured water for short periods of time during the training activity.
The township says to allow your COLD water tap to run to assist clearing your water of discolouration.
Before commencing laundry, ensure the water is clear.
Should laundry become stained with rust, officials say to keep it wet and rewash with an iron removing product after the water has returned to normal.
