Duncan Lacroix will be joining Maria Doyle Kennedy this summer at the 2024 Fergus Scottish Festival!
Earlier this week, the Festival announced that Charles Vandervaart would no longer be able to appear as a Featured Guest at the Festival due to a filming conflict in Scotland, but we got you.
The Fergus Scottish Festival is excited to announce that Duncan Lacroix, also known as Murtagh Fitzgibbons Fraser, on the hit TV series, Outlander, will be attending as a Featured Guest alongside Maria Doyle Kennedy.
“Of course we are sad that Charles will not be able to attend but Duncan is a wonderful replacement.” says Executive Director Elizabeth Bender.
Outlander fans will know that on the show the characters played by Maria and Duncan, Aunt Jocasta Cameron and Murtagh Fitzgibbons Fraser, are in an endearing relationship.
“In 2022, Duncan Lacroix was our Featured Guest and was a huge hit with our guests. We are incredibly happy to have him back and know that with all the amazing events we have planned, it is going to be a great year.” Bender added.
