ROCKWOOD – Construction is set to get underway in Rockwood on Monday.
The township says the area of 168 Alma Street (Highway 7) will see a partial closure starting Monday, June 17th to Thursday, June 20th.
Work will include curb, sidewalk, and asphalt repair/replacement and boulevard restoration.
Drivers can expect possible delays due to lane restrictions throughout the construction period.
The township says a full road closure of Highway 7 in the area of 169 Alma Street will take place from 7am Wednesday, June 19th to 8am Thursday, June 20th.
There will be a detour to Wellington Road 44 and Milton Eramosa Townline.
A local detour within Rockwood, drivers can follow Inferman Street and Guelph Street.
