CENTRE WELLINGTON – Another road closure is on the horizon in Centre Wellington.
The township says starting Monday, July 15, Colborne Street will be closed between Beatty Line and Gerrie Road to accommodate watermain works.
The closure is expected to last until August 15.
Meanwhile, earlier this week the township announced that the contractor for the St David St. road reconstruction project is ready to replace the underground watermain and sewer infrastructure at the St David Street and Garafraxa Street intersection.
That area of road will closed from July 15 until December 15th.
In addition, the County of Wellington will also be closing Garafraxa Street East between Cameron Street and Herrick Street to through traffic.
The project is scheduled to start in the upcoming weeks and is expected to be completed by August 30th.
