HAMILTON – The Elora Mohawks Jr. B Lacrosse team got a big win in the first game of the Founders Cup.
Elora took on the Mountainview Mavericks from Alberta in Hamilton yesterday winning 14-4.
The Mohawks are representing Ontario this week playing for the national championship.
Elora won the provincial finals last week and is now playing for the Founders Cup.
The team will face the Onondaga Redhawks this afternoon at 5pm, and will then play the Nova Scotia Privateers on Friday at 8pm.
The Mohawks last won the Founders Cup in 2018.
