ERIN – The Town of Erin says its water systems operator, Ontario Clean Water Agency, will be flushing the Erin and Hillsburgh water system starting today (Tuesday, September 3rd)and continuing for the week for general maintenance of the water system.
The township says due to sedimentation, this flushing may cause temporary discolouration of the water.
Ontario Clean Water Agency is advising residences to check their cold water supply before use.
If discolouration occurs, let the cold water run until it is clear.
