CENTRE WELLINGTON – It was another full weekend of hockey for the Elora Rocks and Fergus Whalers.
The Rocks kicked off the action Friday night in Elora at the Jefferson Elora Community Centre taking on the Tilbury Bluebirds.
The OSHL team got a 7-3 win over Tilbury.
On Saturday, the Rocks were on the road in Stratford taking a 6-3 win over the Fighting Irish.
Meanwhile, the Fergus Whalers also had a winning weekend, on Friday in a rare home game, the Whalers welcomed the Mitchell Hawks to the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex getting a 3-0 win.
The PJHL team also played on Saturday in Mount Forest, taking a 4-3 in overtime before coming home to Fergus on Sunday to take on Wingham, getting a 6-1 win.
