CENTRE WELLINGTON – It was another busy weekend of hockey for the Elora Rocks and Fergus Whalers.
The Rocks kicked off the action against the Alvinston Killer Bees Friday night at the Jefferson Elora Community Centre.
Alvinston came out on top beating the Rocks 9-5.
Meanwhile, the Fergus Whalers were on the road Saturday night to take on the Wingham Ironmen, Fergus lost in OT 4-3.
The Whalers were back home yesterday afternoon at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex taking on the Ironmen, Fergus secured a 10-3 win over Wingham.
