OTTAWA – Two Fergus residents are among the many recipients of the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
Rob Black, Senator for Ontario, presented the King Charles III Coronation Medal to recipients in the Senate of Canada Chamber last week.
“The medal was awarded to exceptional Canadians who have distinguished themselves by dedicating their time and efforts to enhancing the lives of those around them and bringing honour to our nation,” a news release stated.
Russell Gordon Gammon and Susan Lorraine Harrop both of Fergus received a medal.
Recipients also included residents in Rockwood and Guelph:

- Donald Wilbert Lobb – Rockwood, ON
- Tim May – Rockwood, ON
- Lillie Ann Morris – Rockwood, ON
- Wendy Whittaker – Rockwood, ON
- Christine Oldfield – Guelph, ON
- Kelly Ann Daynard – Guelph, ON
