GUELPH – Guelph Police is investigating after more than $17,000 worth of phones and smart watches were stolen from a business.
On Wednesday morning, police were called to a business at Stone Road Mall after the manager arrived to find a drawer pried open and the devices missing.
Police say surveillance video showed two males walking around the mall until after it had closed, then one entered the stand-alone business and removed the product. A crowbar was left behind.
The stolen devices were valued at $17,810.
Police say the first suspect was described as having brown skin and a heavy build with short black hair and facial hair and was wearing a red puffy jacket, black shirt, black pants, and black shoes. The second also had brown skin, slim build with short black hair and facial hair and was wearing a blue puffy jacket, black pant,s and red Nike shoes.
