CENTRE WELLINGTON – Both local hockey teams were in action on the weekend.
The Elora Rocks hosted the Orangeville Blitz Friday night at the Jefferson Elora Community Centre, the Rocks fell to the Blitz 10-4.
Meanwhile, the Fergus Whalers were on the road on Saturday in Mount Forest taking on the Patriots, Fergus got a 4-3 win.
The Whalers were back in Fergus on Sunday to take on the Walkerton Capitals at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex, the Whalers beat the Capitals 4-2.
