CENTRE WELLINGTON – Election Day is today (February 27th) and residents in Centre Wellington can cast their vote in person between 9 am and 9pm at the following locations, based on their address:
In Elora: Jefferson Elora Community Centre
In Fergus:
– Centre Wellington Sportsplex
– Fergus Legion
– St. Joseph’s Catholic School
In Belwood:
– Pine Meadows Community Centre
To be eligible to vote, you must be:
” 18 years of age or older;
” a Canadian citizen; and
” a resident of Ontario.
If you are on the Voter Register, you should have received your Voter Information Card. Bring your card and one piece of ID showing your name to receive a ballot.
You can still vote if you do not receive a Voter Information Card, but your name may not be on the Register, so bring one piece of ID showing both your name and home address to register and receive a ballot.
