PUSLINCH – Wellington County OPP have charged a Hamilton resident with impaired driving.
On March 1st, at around 4am, OPP were conducting traffic enforcement and initiated a traffic stop on Highway 6 in Puslinch Township.
As a result of the investigation, a 34-year-old of Hamilton is charged with:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Speeding 50+ km/h over posted limit
- Drive motor vehicle – perform stunt – excessive speed – community zone
Anyone charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform stunt receives a 14-day impoundment and a 30-day driver’s licence suspension as per statute.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a Guelph court at a later date.
