GUELPH – A Guelph woman was arrested for arson following a brush fire Monday morning.
At around 8:35 am, Guelph Police were called to attend York Road near Victoria Road South by the Guelph Fire Department, which had extinguished a small brush fire.
“Firefighters believe the fire could have posed a significant threat due to the number of trees in the area,” police said in a news release.
