Dense fog is expected to redevelop early this morning.
What: Near zero visibility in dense fog.
When: Early this morning.
Additional information: Visibility will improve as the dense fog dissipates this morning. Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.
