CENTRE WELLINGTON – On April 27, 2025, at approximately 2:45 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a single motor vehicle into a ditch on Third Line, near Belwood Lake.
As a result of the investigation, a 42-year-old man of Severn Township, was charged with:
– Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
– Operation While Impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus) contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on May 6, 2025.
