CENTRE WELLINGTON – Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for the public’s assistance after a break and enter to a Fergus business.
On May 11, 2025, at approximately 3:45 a.m., the Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a break and enter which occurred at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Tower Street South in Fergus.
Investigation has revealed that three suspects gained entry to the business shortly after 3:30 a.m. by smashing a front glass door. The suspects also caused considerable damage within the store to glass display cases. Approximately $30,000 fragrance products were stolen.

You may be eligible for a reward from Crime Stoppers of up to $2,000.
