TOWN OF MINTO – On May 25, 2025, at approximately 12:15 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a vehicle stopped on the side of the road on Wellington Road 2 east of Clifford.
As a result of the investigation, a 24-year-old man of Southgate Township, was charged with:
– Operation While Impaired – alcohol and drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
– Operation While Impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on June 3, 2025.
