NEWS RELEASE WELLINGTON COUNTY OPP
(MAPLETON TWP, ON) – The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) advising the public of a lost firearm.
The firearm fell from the back of a pick-up truck while traveling somewhere between Fourth Line, Mapleton and Waterloo Region.
The firearm is described as a Franchi Affinity 3.5, semi-automatic shotgun with a 26-inch barrel, green in colour.
If the firearm is located, please contact the Wellington County OPP at 519-846-5930 or 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
