TOWN OF MINTO – On July 5, 2025, at approximately 10:00 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint of a person driving a lawn tractor down the street in the area of Dufferin Street and Nelson Street, in Palmerston.
Police arrived on scene and spoke to the operator of the lawn tractor.
As a result of the investigation, a 26-year-old of Palmerston, was charged with:
– Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on July 18, 2025.
