GUELPH – Guelph Police is investigating after a trailer loaded with approximately $100,000 in tires was stolen.
On Friday afternoon, police say an employee of a south-end business called to report the theft.
Earlier in the week an individual claiming to represent a legitimate trucking company picked up a trailer loaded with nearly 400 new Pirelli tires.
Police say the theft was discovered when the load did not arrive in Winnipeg as expected.
