FERGUS – In local PWHL action, the Fergus Whalers were on the road Friday evening to take on the Kincardine Bulldogs.
The Whalers struck early and often and won going away by a score of 14 to 1.
Hat tricks by Jake Lessor and Liam Eveleigh led the way for the Whalers.
Yesterday afternoon, back home in Fergus, the Whalers took on the Wingham Ironmen for the first time this season, with the Whalers prevailing by a score of 5 to 1.
Sam Tanner and Maxim Schmidt, with their first goals of the season, led the way to help the Whalers record climb to 4 and 0 on the season.
Next Home game is this Sunday at 3pm at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex versus the Kincardine Bulldogs.
