GUELPH – The Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington’s annual Once Upon a Time Gala raised a net total of over $230,000.
On October 25th, 250 guests came together at the Delta Hotel in Guelph to support local children and youth, and were treated to an enchanting evening right out of a storybook.
This year, the Children’s Foundation highlighted the importance of food security during the holidays for local families.
Through a special appeal known as Fund a Happily Ever After, guests raised funds to support the Adopt-A-Family program by providing grocery cards to families referred to the program.
The Michael and Carol Mueller Family Foundation generously matched up to $50,000 in donations made during the appeal, amplifying the impact of every gift and highlighting the power of community generosity.
