NEWS RELEASE WELLINGTON COUNTY OPP
(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – A young Elora driver has been charged following a four-vehicle collision.
On December 22, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a four-vehicle collision on Tower Street in Fergus. Involved parties were seen by emergency medical services as a precaution. No injuries were sustained.
As a result of the investigation, a 17-year-old from Elora, is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:
- Careless driving
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Provincial Offences Court in Guelph at a later date.
