Orange Warning – Snowfall

- Guelph – Erin – Southern Wellington County
Impact Level: High
Forecast Confidence: Very High
Significant snowfall continues.
What: Snowfall amounts of 20 to 30 cm. Reduced visibility at times in heavy snow and local blowing snow.
When: Continuing through this morning and tapering off late this afternoon.
Additional information: A low pressure system will continue to bring significant snowfall to much of southern Ontario. Very cold wind chills by this morning will add to the adverse weather conditions. Travel will be hazardous.
There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic. Allow extra time for travel. Non-essential travel should be avoided.

What: Snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 cm. Reduced visibility at times in heavy snow and local blowing snow.
When: Continuing this morning through this afternoon. Snow tapering off this evening.
Additional information: Very cold wind chills this morning, during ongoing snowfall, may add to the adverse weather conditions. Travel will likely be challenging. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Allow extra time for travel.
